Replacement glass for broken windows
Unlike a windscreen, door, side and rear windows generally cannot be repaired and need to be replaced.
The team removes as much shattered glass as possible before fitting the new glass, checks operation, refits removed components including door trims, and cleans the interior.
Some door glass requires an anti-pinch reset for electric windows. This can usually be completed during replacement, although some cases may require a computer reset by the original dealership.
